So a while back I decided to take my fitness to another level. While what I was doing to physically maintain myself was pretty good, I knew to get what I REALLY wanted I had to see a professional. After shooting Matt Silvesti and Gina’s engagements I knew where I had to go! Matt had opened a new gym in Hammonton…I had to check it out. Over a year later, I am so grateful I made the decision to commit to SOLID. I am stronger, more confident, and my circle of friends has even grown! Matt and Kerri both train me and many of the other moms that are members. SOLID is not a typical gym, I feel so comfortable there and I love the energy. So when Matt and Kerri asked me for some promo work, I was happy to oblige! I cannot recommend this place enough. These trainers work with a wide variety of age groups, from school age to senior citizens, and each member is treated as an individual. The classes are motivating and inspiring, pushing us to work as hard as we can! They even offer Tumbling Classes for kids! I could not resist posting this photo from SOLID’s Instagram page. That’s me, and that is my Julia working hard on those 1 pound weights on Christmas Eve morning 🙂 I love that she is interested in being like Mommy, and this pic exemplifies the reason I want to stay healthy and strong.
