Stop it. With. The pearls. I can’t! The session was going just perfectly, and then I decided that the double strand from my accessory collection would just be over-the-top. And well- it was. This is Anna. She is One. She likes long walks in the stroller, hugs from mommy and….she likes cake and pearls. What’s funny is that mom texted me on the way to the Session, unsure if she had time to stop and get a cake. I told her, ” YES! You wanted a Cake Smash! Stop by the Acme and bring anything that you like”, and low and behold- everyone loved it. Anna loved the taste, I loved the look , and mommy loved that baby was happy.
Sometimes it’s the last minute that things really get done and this is a prime example! The best memory from this session though, was at the end, when she was covered in cake and pink icing. We took Anna straight upstairs to Julia’s bathtub and gave her a nice bath. This family came to me from a family recommendation, and they live in the Cherry Hill area.
With all of the photographic talent in that region, I can’t express my gratitude enough for finding and using AllisonAnne Studios. This was my fourth time photographing this beauty and which includes her newborn and christening (which was amazing btw!)
I ADORE THIS FAMILY <3 Anna is so full of love, and I will be seeing her in Sept at her aunt’s wedding! She can borrow the pearls any time. 😉
